RETURNS

If you wish to return an item within 14 days of shipment, simply contact us for more details and to start the process. Customers are responsible for any item lost or damaged in return shipping so we recommend insuring the package. Just complete the form (or a copy) on the back of your invoice and send it along with the merchandise you're returning. Returns should be sent to:

NEXT DAY AND 2ND DAY AIR

• Next-day and 2nd-day air apply to business days only.
• We will try our best to get your purchase shipped out within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
   

TRACKING INFORMATION & DELIVERY

Your tracking number(s) will be posted to your account when your item ships. We want to make sure you get what you ordered; some orders will be shipped Adult Signature Required depending on the products included.

PRICING & SHIPPING ERRORS

We will only ship products to the lower 48 states. Although we strive at all times to maintain the accuracy of information maintained on this site, including pricing information, shipping fees, and product details, occasionally errors may occur. In the event that any product that is available through this site is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will attempt corrections, refunds or provide suggestions when this occurs as soon as possible.
